Marketing your property

We offer your property to the largest number of possible tenants, this is done via our own website, general advertising and Rightmove. We believe good photography is paramount to show case your property, we have a professional photographer on board who will ensure we capture your house looking its absolute best.

Compliance for marketing

It is important that your property meets the UK’s legal safety requirements and standards. We ensure our Landlords are kept up to date with the latest legislation and can assist on the essentials required.


We understand that potential tenants are busy too and require out of office viewing times. We offer accompanied viewings seven days a week and outside office hours.

Selecting your tenant

Selecting the right tenant for you is extremely important to us!! We undergo the strictest of selection criteria which includes an independent referencing company for credit and financial checks, employers references, previous Landlords references, identity checks and proof of residency.

Finalising the paperwork

Once the tenant has passed the reference checks, we then make arrangements for the tenant to move in, providing them with an AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement). We will ensure that all the supporting documentation such as the deposit certification and protection, standing orders and prescribed information is completed correctly.

A smooth running tenancy

If you are using our fully managed service – just sit back and relax. We will take care of all aspects of the tenancy from here ensuring that your investment is cared for. We believe property checks are vitally important and will be carried out periodically, you will be provided with a report along with photographs enabling you to make any necessary decisions on any maintenance work that be required.

We know how important it is for you to receive your rent on time, which is why we process our payments on a daily basis, so you can rest assure that once we receive the rent, it will be forwarded to you without any delay.
